Returns & Damage Policy

RogueWalls murals and wallpapers are custom printed to order. Because each piece is produced specifically for your selected design, dimensions, and material, our return policy is different from standard ready-made retail products.

Custom Printed Product Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective custom printed orders, including orders affected by buyer’s remorse, incorrect measurements, wrong material selection, screen-to-print color expectations, installation errors, or approved artwork preferences after production.

What We Can Help With

We will review replacement or resolution requests when an order arrives damaged, the wrong item was shipped, panels were produced incorrectly, or there is a verified manufacturing defect that affects use of the product.

Report a Damage or Production Issue

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and delivery email.
  3. Send clear photos of the product issue.
  4. Send photos of the packaging if the item arrived damaged.
  5. Do not discard packaging until the claim is reviewed.

Claims submitted without photos may be delayed or denied because we need documentation to verify production or carrier-related issues.

Inspection Before Installation

Please inspect all panels before installation. Do not install wallpaper if there is visible damage, missing panels, incorrect sizing, or a print defect. Installation is considered acceptance of the product condition.

Approved Resolutions

Depending on the situation, approved claims may result in a full replacement, partial replacement, store credit, or refund review. Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may move into production quickly. Once production begins, cancellations and changes are not guaranteed. Please review design, size, crop, material, and shipping details carefully before placing your order.
