Every RogueWalls mural and wallpaper order is custom produced after checkout. We do not mass produce or warehouse pre-printed designs. Your piece is printed specifically for your selected material, size, and order details.
Made-to-Order Production
RogueWalls works with trusted professional print production partners to manufacture and ship orders using a blind fulfillment model. This means your product may ship directly from a production facility, but RogueWalls remains your customer-facing brand and support contact.
This approach helps us reduce inventory waste, offer more artist-led designs, and produce fresh, high-quality orders on demand.

Timelines are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Larger murals, custom dimensions, peak seasons, holidays, and commercial orders may require additional time.
Shipping & Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email used at checkout. Tracking links may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, order size, material selection, package dimensions, and shipping service availability.
Address Accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order. Because orders move quickly into production and fulfillment, address changes are not always possible after checkout.
International Orders
International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import taxes, duties, or local carrier charges depending on destination country regulations. These charges are not controlled by RogueWalls unless clearly included at checkout.
Important Note
Do not schedule installation until your wallpaper has arrived and all panels have been inspected. RogueWalls is not responsible for installer fees, project delays, or third-party labor costs caused by shipping delays, incorrect measurements, or installation timing.
